This week’s Pet of the Week is Patchez! He’s a nice, well-mannered, 50-60 pound American Bulldog.
Meet Patchez and more than 60 other dogs, along with over 100 cats looking for new homes Wednesday between 6 and 8pm and Sunday from 1 until 3 at the Illinois Valley Animal Rescue Shelter near Flying J in LaSalle. For information or an appointment call 815-224-0061.
Get your groove on for IVAR Disco Night Saturday February 18th 7-11 at the Paramount Club on Route 351 in LaSalle. There’ll be a dance contest and if you wear your disco duds you could win the best dressed guy or gal award. Tickets are just $10 and all the money goes to support the great work IVAR does for pets and their people.
